Tropical Heart was founded in Berlin by producer/composer Marco Freivogel and techno legend Peter Van Hoesen, and later joined by singer-songwriter Alice Gift.
Due to the changes imposed by the pandemic Peter was forced to leave the project, and Marco and Alice completed the production of their debut album.
Mixed by Ewan Pearson (Chemical Brothers, M83, Goldfrapp), their full-length record is a subtle mix of Wave, Dream Pop, and Madchester Electro, and talks about burning hearts and confined bodies craving for escape.
